In addition to being able to respond to both summons and Special Summon, his GY fertilization effect is quite strong on that turn.
His Deck is limited, but since it has many effects related to GY and doesn't care about level, you don't have to choose how many to use, and I think it's a very useful effect.

Machina has a lot of guys who have a complete effect with one copy, but I think this is the best example of that. His self-SS effect makes it easy to pull him out of the gear frame, and at that time he can send a powerful monster like Kernel to his GY with the second effect, which is usually strong.
